By subscribing to Graze healthy snacks box, you will never again feel guilty nibbling delicious snacks.

Mornings when we are rested and wake up to rays of sunshine, especially at weekends, can be a beautiful start to an even more wonderful day, if they are not ruined by the leftovers of the night before.

It doesn’t have to be a result of one glass too many, a guilty conscience also goes nicely with sticky fingers reaching into a bowl of delicious but also greasy crisps, whether at home while reading a book or watching a film, with friends, or in a bar. And it’s not only crisps; there is an abundance of similar goodies.

Today there is no more doubt, research studies that confirm the harmfulness of such foods for the organism follow one after another on a conveyor belt. And they all emphasise; these products have an extremely high caloric value, contain lots of fat, sugar and salt, while at the same time, not providing anything nutritious to the body, except a momentary pleasure conditioned by taste.

From this standpoint, it would be a good idea to eliminate them from our diet completely or, if we must, include them only occasionally and with a really good excuse.

But all snacks are not created equal. Some of them don’t need an excuse to keep you company. At Graze, snacks to which you can subscribe, they are committed to a healthy lifestyle. They ensure that their products don’t contain artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, have the right serving size and are transparent regarding their nutritional value.

Each Graze snack box will cost you GBP £4.50, except the first one, which you will receive for half price.

A Graze snacks subscription follows the principle of a personalised box delivered to your home; for now only in the UK and the US. For them to get as close to your taste as possible, you have to share with them what you like, as well as whether you follow a specific diet, and then they deliver a box of healthy snacks to your home or work.

Because they want to make your life per month even tastier with their snacks, they really appreciate feedback, to get ideas on how to best satisfy you. As Graze say, »We are on a never-ending hunt for healthier, juicier, crunchier, tastier, fresher, bigger, better!« This basically means they are always refreshing, rethinking, and reinventing the contents of their boxes.

You can choose between three subscription boxes: the first one contains a mixed selection from a collection of over 100 snacks, such as nuts with spices, various types of chocolates, popcorn, fruit slices and the like, the second one is designed with the idea of having as few calories as possible, and the third one is intended for all those who want to fill up protein gaps in their diet and gain as much energy as possible for those most demanding and exhausting days.

You will get the first box for a half price, i.e. GBP £2.24, while each new box will cost you GBP £4.49. This is the price of an individual box, while you decide on the frequency of delivery within your subscription: the choices available are twice a month, once a week, or twice a week.

Graze snacks are currently only available to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States; from 2015 onwards, also on supermarket shelves.

If, however, you especially like a certain snack and you would love to always have it in stock, but the received boxes don’t meet your needs, you can buy it in virtually unlimited quantities in their online store. As soon as your shopping basket contains products with a value of at least GBP £10, delivery is free of charge.

At Graze, they started to build their story in the UK more than ten years ago, out of frustration of not having healthy as well as tasty snacks on the market. That is why they started to experiment with the flavours themselves. Soon they created the first boxes, and in 2011, already had 100,000 grazers who received snacks at their home every week.

At that time, enthusiastic about the popularity of their offer, they set an amusing new goal: »Next stop, the moon! « They are still working on this (literally high-flying) goal, but in the meantime, they are expanding diligently. They offered their subscription package to customers in the US, where they were welcomed with open arms or, better still, open mouths, while 2015 saw them launch their snacks in shops across the UK and the US.

In ten years, Graze transformed from a home pantry idea to a company with 500 employees. Soon, it went under the majority ownership of an American investment fund - The Carlyle Group - which recently sold it to the Anglo-Dutch food and personal care products group Unilever, for an amount not known to the general public.

For now, they are not revealing what these ownership changes mean for the future of their subscribers and »classic« online sales.
